This news story is pretty awesome ~ it’s great when the bad guys get caught. A church in Carmichael, CA used the pastor’s baby monitor camera to help catch some suspected copper thieves. The church had been targeted by copper thieves two nights in a row, and then the pastor had a great idea. Members of the church set the baby monitor camera up on the top of Carmichael Bible Church and hooked it up to a monitor in a room in the church building. They took shifts watching it throughout the night and then at 4:30 AM, the suspects showed up again to steal copper from the churches HVAC units.
